Certificate Upload in CLD

We have CLD instances that are not in production yet. But our certificates have expired. I am not sure how we got these on here in the first place. (Some team members are on vacation right now)

We have a new .pfx wildcard cert that is good until 12/2025 that I need to upload.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I’m at this spot, but I’m not sure what it needs.

Nothing I enter so far is working.
