Not able to upload the document in APP

Hello, 

 

While trying to upload the document either in PC or mobile app, the screen gets stuck while syncing and the uploading of document is not happening. When i remove the document and sync again it gets synced with cloud but when I attach the document, it gets stuck in the screen which i attached and the sync doesn’t happen. Please help me regarding how to fix this.

Can you please check the log files, there might be some important information that explains
what goes wrong in these files.

​@MANI0202 Does this issue occur after a fixed amount of time? This could help identify if there are any problems with the network layer. Additionally, have you tried accessing it from a different device to rule out device-specific issues?

Hi ​@AshenR , no i encountered this issue from the very beginning while trying to upload a pdf file, i tried to upload the file from windows app too but same thing was happening. I tried to initialize but nothing happened and the document wasn’t uploaded. Though everything else was working fine like task status update and adding comments in the tasks etc, only while uploading the document facing this issue.
