Access to scope tool repositories is requested through the Partner Self Service Portal https://support.ifs-assyst.com/assystnet/application.jsp#services/99

@Theja - I keep getting told to take the training course but cannot find it in IFS Academy.  Is that how you accessed it?

Do you have any tips on how to find the course itself?
IFS has made it such an ocean of confusion with no clear guidance for me, as a customer giving IFS millions of dollars, to get to the Scope Tool and it is making me rather vexed.

It has been frustrating.

  1. There is nowhere to find out anything useful about the IFS Scope Tool, not even an overview - I do not even know what I am getting, only that everything tells me I really need it to help explain our processes to our employees without spending a year in PowerPoint or Visio building it from scratch.
  2. I have been agonizing through a big fat runaround to only now, after several weeks, hear that little morsel that there is an “IFS Academy Class” I need to take as the next achievement to unlock on the mighty long and painful odyssey of accessing the IFS Scope Tool
  3. ...Only to actually NOT FIND the mythical IFS Academy Class; the course is nowhere to be found on the IFS Academy site?

Even after working with my Implementer, IFS USA staff, and following all the requests and directions from “the Support Portal” and directly emailing “tool.support@ifs.com” and, and, and... I am no closer today to getting the IFS Scope Tool working so I can export to 2c8 than I was 4 weeks ago.

Your advice would be most welcome!
