I need define the run time of machine and workers in diferentes situations and don´t forger these time  affect to load and capacity:

Situation 1:

AUTOMATIC MACHINES CNC machining centers with multiple pallets where two or more operations of different durations are combined during a shift. It only requires the operator to change the part, but the machine does not stop.

EXAMPLE 1: The machining takes 60 minutes, and the operator changes the part while the machine is machining another part.

Situation 2:

SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINES CNC machining centers with multiple pallets where two or more operations of different durations are combined during a shift. Requires the operator to change the piece.

EXAMPLE 2: Machining takes 50 minutes and the operator takes 5 to change the piece with the machine stopped.

Situation 3:

MANUAL MACHINES centers such as LATHES, MILLS, SAWS, OR MANUAL DRILLS where operators perform operations one by one or consecutively. Requires the operator at the machine 100% of the time

EXAMPLE 3: Machining takes 10 minutes and the operator takes 5 to change the piece with the machine stopped

Situation 4:

MANUAL OPERATIONS centers such as FINISHING, ASSEMBLY, or INSPECTION where no machine is involved and operators perform operations one by one or consecutively.

EXAMPLE 4: The operation takes 5 minutes

I think the best answers for each situation are:

Situation 1:

Machine time: 60  Operator time: 0

Situation 2:

Machine time: 55 Operator time: 5

Situation 3:

Machine time: 15 Operator time: 0

Situation 4:

Machine time: 0 Operator time: 5

How can these run time of machine and operators  affect to capacity ?  Can i see the hours used for machine and operator in Operation Stadistic screen?
