We create a ticket directly to the IFS-Support.

OK, usually you should see a modification in the tab “Mandatory”.
Maybe it is a custom field.
You can check this in the tab order lines (customer order) as following:

Yes, we did that, the Checkbox is not set.
It seems to be another problem.

You pointed me the right way, it was the error under conditional fields.
