Please check the valuation method for the part / parts. 

You will find different results depending on the valuation methods.  

I suspect your part may be STD costed part. In that case, your arrival is based on the STD cost. 

In an average cost part, the charges can affect the value of the arrival, where you can see the postings based on the charge type. 

Similarly an average cost part 

Please check your costing method.

Did you set any Control Type?

You mean the M189? I've set it like my M10 to control type C32 but I think I've missed a setting but I don't know what.

I try the proposition o Thomas but it don’t work so i want to ask if i miss a setting.
