Hi All,

I have set up an optional event to print shipment handling unit label once Report Picking is performed. (cloud environment)

Then create a Shipment at Order Release and reserve the handling unit created. (Handling Unit created from the Inventory Part in Stock window) Once Report Picking is completed, the record cannot be found in the Report Archive, though I set it as an optional event.

(If the flow is followed through WADACO, record is available for the created HU)

Can someone provide the thoughts if I am missing any step or the functionality on this?

Please check whether the handling units you used in the shipment, have the 'Print Shipment Handling Unit Label' field set to 'Yes' in the Handling Unit Types window, as shown below. This is likely the basic data setup you are missing here.

 

Further, in the shipment you created, go to the 'Shipment Handling Unit Structure' and verify that the attached HUs have the 'Print Shipment Handling Unit Label' field set to 'Yes', as shown below too.

Please verify these two points and inform me of the outcome.

Both the toggles are set to Yes, but the label was not created.
