Main Representative from customer added automatically in Customer order

Hello, I entered a Main Representative in the Customer tab.

 

What I was expecting is that when I enter a new customer order for this customer I assumed that the main representative would be automaticcaly added.

This is not what is happening.

Does anyone have an idea on what I can do ?

Hi ​@stephe_12 ,

That’s correct. Since you have already added “Main Representative”, that should goes to the Customer Order as well (CO > Order Details > Main Representative).

Hi Samiru, you’re right! It’s only when I validate the order that I see the main rep !
