we need information (instruction / specification) how intrastat Poland works. We are specially intrested in calculating transport costs both in export and import. We tried to determine it ourselves nad also asked IFS Poland but we still do not know what the system works like in this area (which data and in which way are calculated)

Some questions:
- Do you know which transactions are supporting the transport costs?
- As intrastat is basically customer order transactions (shipments) and PO receipt transactions
So you could start with that and create some quick reports to get all this data out and then gradually build out the process.

Thank you for the information. Generally we know how intrastat report works. We have more precised questions like how the charges are counted; how incoterms conditions are taken into account. Is there any specification for this funcionality?
