I have entered a value in the MRP Spare Part Forecast to create demand for the part. However, when I try to enter a Customer Order with a quantity higher than the forecast quantity, the system does not allow me to save the line. What is the functionality of this validation, and is there a way to bypass it without modification?

+1IFS needs to put this on the Idea Wall.
The IFS business logic stops Customer Order entry without regard to quantity on-hand. Forecast Quantities are a Supply Chain tool. Hercules resolved it in Apps 7, Apps 9, and IFS Cloud with software modification.
