We have a Released RMA with the Credit Chargers lines which has denied by mistake. Now need to Cancel the entire RMA as the user doesn’t need to proceed with it. But system throws an error as the credit chargers are in denied status.

Let us know the possible solution to Cancel the entire RMA. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Even in the IFSCLOUD version I am using, you cannot revert a denied line.

...ifsdoc/documentation/en/Shipment/ActivityOrderDenyRMA.htm

I think the option you have is to Deny the whole RMA.

Hope this helps,

Asanka

Hi @AsankaGaru

Thank you for the respond.

But the Deny option is not visible in the header level.

Hi,

I do have the Deny option enabled. This is a CLOUD21R2.

(I have another RMA part line in addition to the denied charge line)

When I deny from header, the whole RMA becomes Denied

Thanks,

Asanka

Hi again,

Sorry I did not pay attention to your RMA state, which is Released, unlike mine.

When I released my RMA, to match yours, Deny is not allowed for me. On top of it, I cannot cancel the Remaining RMA line as I receive the same error you get when you cancel the RMA header.

This leaves you with a RMA with a line that will stay Released.  I think you need to post this issue to RnD for a resolution.

Thanks
