Favorites List for when creating a Material Requisition

Hi All,

When creating a Material Requisition to book out Inventory can you set up a favorites list?

This is more for people who regularly book out the same consumables so they don’t always have to go searching for part numbers. Not sure if IFS has this capability or not.

Hi Benny,

  1.  Try to add a new line to the MR> Find Part (Part filed)

      2. Now choose your wanted parts and select them as favorites > Apply

  1. Observe that under the favorites field your selected parts exist as favorites
  1. Now go back to MR and try to add a new line. Now you can select your parts directly from the part field if there are pre-defined favorites. (Click on the top right corner > Heart Icon)

I don’t have access to this function with the love hearts so I’ll ask our I.T dept if I can get access to this.

Enable favorites is on the column chooser menu, at the bottom.
