Hi @Lumini Sahabandu

your current LTU permission set need to be expaned. It must contain the permission set WADACO_MOBILE_USER as well. That means you need a new LTU permission set.

Why isn’t there an out of the box LTU for wadaco?    IFS comes with

B2B_SALES_LTU

SHOP_FLOOR_REPORTING_LTU

We paid for individual licenses of B2B, Shop Floor, and WADACO, it makes sense to have a default permission set for each, if nothing else a starting point for what permissions are normally allowed for those LTU’s.

We’ve been testing with wadaco for a few months and actually have no idea if the granted permissions sets will qualify for an LTU.

Below is what we have been testing with on the IFS ScanIt App:

Permission Set: WADACO_MOBILE_USER  | Limited Task User: NO

Hello Everybody, we are running into the same problem, we are on 24R2 SU8 and we need to pair an LTU permission set to the WADACO_MOBILE_USER permission set which makes the user an FTU, not an LTU.

we were expecting that in order to use the ScanIT app, an LTU would be enough, does any body knows if there is a solution?

Thank you all!

Hi,

All permission grants that are granted by WADACO_MOBILE_USER is already granted through WAREHOUSE_WORKER_LTU, except for “ScanIt 1.ScanIt” Security Group Grant.

If you grant the above Security Group Grant to WAREHOUSE_WORKER_LTU, it should work without the WADACO_MOBILE_USER permission set. You do not need to pair the two permission sets.

WADACO_MOBILE_USER is pre-bundled with the “ScanIt 1.ScanIt” Security Group Grant, unfortunately we cannot include Security Group Grants with the WH Worker LTU due to limitations.

WAREHOUSE_WORKER_LTU is supposed to be a standalone permission set, which should be granted to Warehouse Workers as the only permission set.

Note -  WAREHOUSE_WORKER_LTU_24R2_SU4.xml is the latest for 24R2

Best Regards,
Dinuka.
