@HDIN did you try to delete the cache from the user’s machine?

  • Delete '2.0' folder where .net cache is stored under user’s Windows profile located at C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0

Hi,

@HDIN If a user opens this screen for the first time and cancels the update process, it can lead to some issues on this screen.

Apps 2.0 👈🏻

Best Regard.

Hello @HDIN ,

Can you try setting up IFS from the beginning for this user after trying again with Shift+Del?

Best Regards.

Hi @HDIN ,

Try to delete the configuration for this window in user Personal Profile. If this doesn’t work, try to reset the Personal profile.

Regards,

Pilar
