Customer Order - Document Address Error

Hello,

When i try to save the Customer order, am facing the below error.

Please help me with this.

Hi ​@kruthika , You will need to change the validity period of the address. Navigate to customer → Address tab → select the relevant document address ID → change or remove the ‘Validity Period’ for the address to be valid.

i have the same issue, and your answer doesn’t work, because i have no dates in the validity period and i have always the issue

Hi ​@K4uPierreT, Can you kindly check the error you get mentions address ‘001’ being invalid. Above screenshot is for address 001 and I suppose it is the same address which gives the error. Else, please select the correct address from dropdown and see whether there is a validity mentioned for it.
