column on screen but not in filter items

24R2 is the version. 

Customer Order Lines screen includes “Planner” as a field initially hidden, but which can be displayed. How can this field be included in the list of items one can filter on (i.e. … more .. checkbox).

Any hints?

Hi ​@DHCRADPA,

  1. Go to: IFS Cloud → Page Designer (or Aurena Page Configuration)
  2. Open the Customer Order Lines page
  3. Find the attribute Planner:
  4. Enable the flags: Searchable
  5. Save and publish the page configuration.
  6. Refresh the client → Open the filter pane → Click
  7. You should now see the Planner field appearing in the filtering section.

Thank you very much! I guess I was looking at smaller datasets/pages before, and I was expecting “searchable” to be enabled by default. Looks like customer order lines has a million fields and one cannot have everything out there from the start. Thanks again, this solved my issue.
