Is it possible to change Inventory Parts to Non Inventory Parts?
We have accidently loaded via our Parts Supplier lots of parts as Inventory Parts when they should have been Non Inventory Parts.
We do not want to stock them on Inventory, we should only be able to purchase them?

You will need to delete the inventory part record before any transactions are created against it. Then try to create as a purchase part if you need to be able to purchase only.
If there is any transaction against the inventory part record then you cannot delete which would have allowed you to correct it.

Is there a way to block a part number being used / ordered against? WE still need to find a solution to manage these items that are stocking into Inventory that shouldn’t be.
