Can't complete an RMA for a rented part

@SimonP did you also check what options you have on the RMA Line? Isn’t it possible to receive from there?

Hi @SimonP - Have you done a comparison of the part/customer with another where its worked fine before? or is this the case for all RMA’s?

 I tried to replicate this quickly but was unable to do so. The receive parts against order deliveries option is always there for me (23R2)

We found the problem with @SimonP .

On the our customer environnement, the customer had hidden the button using the “page designer”. 

• First, we have checked the permissions set and grants allowed for the projection “ReceivePartsAgainstOrderDeliveries”. Everything was good.

• Secondly, we happened to look at the page designer for the “ Register arrivals ” screen.

The command button was not displayed. We cancelled this “customization” and everything worked.

Thanks to another colleague who gives us this idea.
