I am trying to create a customer order in a test environment but I get this error: Business transaction ID is mandatory.  How do I fix this?

Hi Vernon,

Can you please check whether any Posting Control is defined with Control Type C128 - Business Transaction Code. Please refer Business Transaction Code screen also. That might be a issue.

I can manually enter the Business Transaction ID on the customer order header with values from the table you mentioned.  But when I try to release a Distribution Orderm, the background job fails with the same error.  Is there a place where the code is defaulted to another object like the customer or some other basic data element?

Hi All,

I’m encountering the same issue in the database https://ifsgcc1-d06.demo.ifs.cloud/.
This is due to the fact that a “genius” has set the Brazilian localization on the Company 10, which is the most used in IFS World! This action cannot be reverted, and now I am not able to approve an incoming customer order due to this reason.
