Dear all,
We are implementing IFS Cloud as Field Service Management solution with use of MWO Service on Windows. Since capturing a customer signature for the service report with mouse or touchpad is not very user friendly, we would like to do this via existing signature pads, which can be connected to the laptop (e.g. via USB).
Does anyone have any experience with this or know how to achieve this requirement?
