Recently we encountered an issue when either creating new or copying an existing survey.
Upon saving the new survey we get the following error.
Survey Receiver Definition Object already exists when copying surveys.
This occurs for all users, including the IFSAPP.
This is only occurring in production. we have tried creating a new survey and everything else works until we go to add a participant and no matter which user we try and add we get the same error.
Our work around is to add participants to the survey through the backend.
Any suggestions as to how we can fix this or where we should look to find root cause.
