Sender's address when sending mails from Call center
+12When sending mails from 'Call Center', it uses the user's local outlook, and the user's mail address is set as sender address. We cannot send mails from the generic support organization's mail address. Is there any set up on the IFS side to enable selecting 'from address'?

Hi Dilini,
This requirement is handled by the property name "USE_MAPI_FOR_EMAILS" which you can find under: Application Base Setup\System Setup\System Definitions\Object property in IEE.
If the value is YES; it will use MAPI and the sender will always be the users mail address
If the value is NO; the user can define/select the sender's mail address.
The default value of this parameter is "No" .Hope this will helps.
