Hi everyone,

Is it possible to create a hierarchy in Request Contracts?

In the Service and Maintenance module you can create a Service line linked to another Service line:

However, I haven’t found anything similar in Service Management module.

Thanks in advance.

The Parent Line field exists (just like on Service Contracts), you can put it back onto the form:

Do you only want to use this for structuring or do you expect any logic?

I’m having a similar issue this BUT I do not see the Parent Line No on my Request Contract Line as per your screenshot (currently running 24 R1). Is this something that you configured or was OOTB? Thanks

I used Page Designer to put the field onto the form. Again, I don’t know if you expect any tree logic e.g. if you have lines 1 and 2 and you connect 2 to 1 essentially making it 1.1, do you expect these 2 setups to behave differently? Have never tried this in a Service Contract.
