MWO Service - no objects in List when creating New Work from a Work Order

We are rolling out MWO Service and have EquipmentObject set to Grouped Push.

Grouped Push is running successfully and we can see objects on the device via the Objects page - and we can create New Work from there (work order).

However, from an ongoing Work Task if we go to New Work, in the assistant click Objects list, there are no objects listed.

This page must be running a query against the list of objects and returning nothing - can anyone provide the details of the query it is running?

Hi,

Do you have any service contract selected in the first step of the new work assistant? Are the object site and the WO site from the same company?
