MWO Service book 25R2 History and Spareparts not showing

So,
I tried some things in D02 demo env. 
Full rights,access groups, Security groups granted ALL for Servicepp

I made a Request order and i made a Work Order and found that the Service book specially for Request tasks is not showing Request tasks as you would expect but, Work task fom Work order management.😥

If I have understood you correctly, your concern is, you cannot see the request tasks in the service book that are associated with the service object.

This is a known issue in 25R2 and a fix is in progress. This should work 25R1 and below.

Thats correct.

Our customer is on 25r2 and its verry important  that there field engineers can see the history of the service object (request tasks) at the customer site in MWO. Its part of there service solution. 😁

Regarding the spare parts list connected to the service object not showing in mwo.

Do you know if this is also a known issue?

When you download an object in mobile, it gets downloaded with limited data first and the remaining data is synced from the server to mobile. So spare parts are also need to be synced from the server so it might take some time to appear in mobile. Can’t you see them even after few minutes from download?

No not even after a couple of days of waiting, or forcing the sync rules in cloud.
 

Ok, the service object spares are handled in mobile starting from 26R1 release. In previous tracks what you can see as spare parts is the spare defined in the equipment objects in IFS Cloud.
