Hi Team,

I would like to know is it possible to control the access to the custom field in the MWO through user roles and rights.

Business Requirement: As we are using the MWO to handle all different type maintenance work & services, some custom fields are not necessarry to be visible for all the mobile application users using MWO

Hi @EqeMithuV  It is not possible to control  custom field in the MWO through user roles and rights.

But may be you can try an alternative. 

  1. Add layout change in page designer to a new context (default is global context)
  2. Then add a condition to enable that context in ‘Configuration Context Mappings’ screen.
