Please can anyone help.

We have a user who is using the MWO application on their laptop, for some orders they have started seeing the “On Route” button on the screen (top right in the screen shot attached).  We do not know what is causing this to appear, as far as we are aware there has been no change in permission sets.  It is not our intention that the users should see this button and we need to understand why this button is now appearing.

Thanks

Andy

What version of IFS are you running?

This should help identify why this is happening

Hi,

If you have restricted Travel through a workflow configuration,  can you check the filter conditions for this. If you are seeing the ‘On Route’ button only on some assignments, there is a chance the restriction/workflow configuration has not been applied on those.

Cheers,

Uthpala

@Uthpala can you show how to check the filter conditions here?

Thanks,

Ranuka

Hi Ranuka & Kasini,

Does this happen only for some WO or all WO ? You can check in the Work Details page if a workflow configuration has been applied to the WO and check the filters for that Configuration in IEE. See attached pictures. WFC, if applied is displayed in ‘Configuration Applied’ field

Cheers,

Uthpala
