Can anyone confirm if the IFS MWO App Updates for Framework 10:18 onwards are compatible with the IFS Apps 10 Update 15?

We are trying to work through issues we are having and wondered if the IFS Apps 10 Update Version could cause issues with the MWO Update version if they are so out of sync?

Thanks

Hi

Aurena native MWO apps are backward compatible hence running the latest app on an old UPD should not be a problem.

Thanks

Hi @lisa.gilesAB ,

What MWO application are you using? MWO RTM or Aurena native applications(Service 10 or Maintenance 10).

Can you clarify what you mean by “Framework 10:18 onwards are compatible with the IFS Apps 10 Update 15”?

Regards,

Kalana

Hi @Kalana Rathnayake.

We are Using Service 10 Eng App.

In the IFS MWO Service App → About → it shows version 10:18 as the Update Version. I was wondering if this meant it is Apps 10 Update 18 of the MWO Service 10 App.

We are currently running IFS Apps 10 Update 16 so I was wondering if the difference of Update Versions between IEE and MWO could cause performance issues / app crashes and failed Inits?

Thanks,

skullk

Hi @lisa.gilesAB ,

MWO Service 10 app version shows the mobile application version. Most of the time latest UPD version. As mentioned by @skullk it is backward compatible (It is supported even when you are in a lower UPD version in the backend(IEE)).

If you have any sync issue, that is not related to the latest MWO application.

Thanks,
Kalana

Thank you @skullk @Kalana Rathnayake for the response. That is reassuring and can be taken off the suspect list :)
