+2Does anyone have an alternative solution for getting a customers signature for the report in of a work order without having to hand over the mobile device to the end customer. Due to covid we have some customers refuse to handle the mobile devices.

you need to use a partner tool called FormsPro from Omnibyte. This tool is completely embedded in IFS Apps / FSM and creates a QR code which can be scanned on the mobile device and will be send to the customer. They can do the signature on his device . The signature will be send back and automatically connect with the form.
Please consider, you need to use the form from FormsPro and therefore you need to redesign your mobile solution.
