Hi everyone, my customer is extensively working with the maintenance surveys. Throughout the implementation of them, we have noticed a couple of things, I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar requests/situations to these:
- Sometimes the question flow seems off when having a dependency on Yes/No questions, especially if the dependency is not directly after the dependent question (e.g. Q1 = Yes/No, Q2 = no dependency, Q3 = dependency on Q1).
Is this a bug that we're encountering or is this a design thing? - Seeing as our customer is working almost only on a mobile phone, they were noticing that the "Maximum x item(s) can be selected" for multi-choice questions are taking in a lot of screen space.. Does anyone know if this sentence can be removed?
- On open-ended questions one can add a mask, but that removes the ability to scan a value. Has anyone found a way to make both of them work?
