IFS MWO Service Cloud 21R2: Dashboard

Hi, 

You need to grant relevant permissions in order to see the tiles. 

• Go to Solution Manager > Aurena Native Apps >Administration >Security Grants and Entity Filters >Security Grants By Permission Set
• Select the relevant permission set for your user
• Add relevant security groups for the correct application
• Initialize the application 

Thanks Nethmi. Confirmed, that's the trick. It works. Maybe worth mentioning to add ServiceEngApp21. 

I am guessing this is for Cloud 21. There is also ServiceEngApp2 but this didn't work for me. Do you know what the difference is?

A new challenge: The four elements in my starting position (see above screenshot) are still in my dashboard on top of the additional elements. Some where I have a duplicate permission set, right?

Yes you need to add for the latest application in use. ServiceEngApp2 should be the old version
