I get above error when I try to open a survey (either on a state change such as start or even connect the survey to resource) from a request task. I narrow down to a very simple survey with a single question and a configuration of type person resource.
Could this be a bug ? or is there any setting restricting the survey sync to the device?
Thank you,
Roshan

If you have db access, can you
- GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON CONNECTED_SURVEY_QUESTIONS TO IFSSYS - Security Groups granted to your permission set -> Add All - Refresh Server Cache
Hi Andre,
Thank you for the response.
This is an IFS demo environment which runs on 24.2.1.
I have granted all security groups to one of the permission sets connected to my user. In addition to that in order to make sure nothing in permissions is missing I now granted all the permission sets to my user. Further, I added all the system privileges to one of the permission sets connected to my user. Refresh server catch as well. Still no luck.
Can you pls explain bit more about
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON CONNECTED_SURVEY_QUESTIONS TO IFSSYS
What is meant by ‘privileges’ in this context?
What is CONNECTED_SURVEY_QUESTIONS ? (can’t find any projection or permission set with this name)
What is IFSSYS ? (I cannot find any user as IFSSYS or any permissions set as IFSSYS. )
Why is the error popup has connection with ‘Survey Questions’?. Problem is with survey itself not syncing to the device (survey questions come into play later).
Thank you,
Roshan
You need to contact the demo environment team, they’ll know what to do. @supulm
