how to limit the view of records only linked or created for the logged-in representative.

You need to use Permission Set Filters to do this. You can read about this here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/415_touch_apps/020_configuration/010_synchronization_rules/default.htm#Create_Permission_Set_Filter

Thanks James, but it didn't work, I tried all the ways in the permission set filter and the crm companion app is still showing all the opportunities besides the logged-in representative, any other tips?

Have you followed all the steps?

Once you create the Permission Set Filter you need to connect this to the Activity the Entity relates to. You can discuss the Activity you need to connect the Permission Set Filter to in the Sync Rules screen. This shows the Entity and Activity.

You connect the Permission Set Filter to the Activity via the Permission Set > Activity page.

Once the Filter is connected with the Permission Set you need to ensure that Permission Set is granted to your End User.

Also you need to remember that Filters are applied on a specific table. So if you filter Customers for example you will not filter Customer Addresses. You would have to create two Permission Set Filters to filter both tables.
