Hi all, we are currently using IFS MWO SERVICE 10 App and getting below Failed Transaction and blocking all the transactions syncing into IEE. (Image attachments, status changes etc.)

‘The Work Task record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter’

 

Note: The Mobile User has been working Offline mode and the Backoffice team has not made any changes for the Work Task record.

Would you kindly advise what kind of erroneous process the Mobile User has followed to cause such scenario and what's the best way to handle such a Failed Transaction to avoid the successive transactions from the same User (images, Status changes of the same Task record or other Work tasks handling by the same User)

Do you get the same error after the re process this transaction? 

And what content do you see in the filed Transaction input record?

Have you checked whether there are no configurations update work task in the background? 


Hi @kathlk Thanks for your kind response. Actually, the Failed Transaction record does not get change once we use the ‘Resend/Refresh’ option. Only when use the Delete option it unblocks the rest of the Transaction records.

After that, the same error is not appearing and only intermittently. Thanks for your kind advice and thoughts.

 


Hi @anjana.pat Thanks for your kind enquiry and suggestion. Actually, I have checked and there were no valid configurations which could have update the Work Task in the background at the same time. Since the Mobile User was offline for a quite a sometime and when he is back online, will the configuration changes still affect the Work Task, and do you think this has caused from the IEE side and not from the MWO App end? Thanks all for the advice and thoughts. 😊
