Connect person to multiple Maintenance organisations app 8

Hi! 

I need to connect a person to multiple Maintenance organizations in app 8 but I can´t find where to add another Maint org? Under employees the employee has one Maint org but how to add another one? Do I add the user a second time as employee with the same user ID and the order maint org?
