Yes, contracting is certainly a hot topic and something we are investing in and improving in Request Management.  This will not simply be a copy of what we had previsously.  It wil include better capability aligned to what our Customers need, including framework agreements to manage aspects such as SLA’s, services and capcity at a sub-contractor level.  This is on our planned roadmap.
