Adding multiple lines in a statement type question - MWO eForms

Hi Experts, 

I’m creating an eForm (Maintenance Survey) and I need to display a statement with multiple lines after few questions in the survey (Please find the below example). I’m hoping to use a statement type question for this and it only allows to add statements with a single line. Please add your advices if there is a way to fulfill this requirement. 

Example: 

TOPIC:

    - Statement 1

    - Statement 2

   - Statement 3
