Hi all,
We have gone live with Cloud 23.3 mWO Service Engineer app. Many of our techs are reporting the app crashes often. I’m suspecting it is when the app goes to background tasks and the returning to the main screen. Has anyone seen it before? Is it an Android thing - perhaps trying to kill background jobs?
The devices are on Android 13 (Galazy A34 5G)

Please report this to IFS Support, so IFS can have a look at it.
When you report it, plesae add steps steps how to reproduce error, and / or if it is an a specific scenario it usually crashes. Also add android version and Device type it is happening on. E.g. does it always happen on Anroid 13, Samsung 13 device.
Arre you running something else than Android as well? Does it occur on e.g. iOS.
Also provide the device log in the case as well, as that can indicate the reason for why it is crashing.
