FSM Person and Place

Different types of relationships for different kinds of places.  Remember, based on the value of place.whos_place, a place record can be various things ranging from, for example, a truck to a warehouse to a customer to a third party repair depot.

If you think of a place a a customer record, then that customer might have a sales rep and a primary technician, etc.  This is where you would define a person the place record.

If you think of a place as something like a truck or a warehouse or a repair depot, then certain people will have these places are their primary place of work, their service vehicle, their primary source of inventory, etc.  This is where you would define a place on the person record.

When we think from person point of view, if you get a person that person may have warehouse, place to start his/her work, place of portal etc are the some relationships of person with place.those things are needed to be mentioned in person entity. it is technically called as person_place relationships.

Secondly, if you think about the place, it has some relationships with person. those relationships are not he relationships which we have discussed earlier. for an example, if you think ‘Place A’ is a place. so, you can define who is the primary Field Engineer of this place, secondary field Engineer etc and if you want someone to be avoided, who is he/she.

additionally, these information of place are taken into consideration when it assign the person to task of particular place automatically by PSO.

This these two main entities from its point of view. if you have a person what are the properties. if you have place what are the properties of place. further elaborate, if you set up ‘place for stock’ for the person and that person is using mobile. it shows the stock of’ place for stock’ place in mobile. if you have set some one as ‘Primary FE’ in place, it give high priority to select that person to assign work of that place.
