Seeking your valuable inputs

I cannot view the GL account wise customer ledger open items balances in one report.

I have tried all the report parameters (selected the GL accounts) ,created a new layout, viewed the summary  but no luck.

In the order by due date layout is selected only the GL accounts can be viewed but not the invoices wise break up as in the previous versions. 

 

Totals as per account balance also selected. A/C balances can be viewed but not the invoice wise break up as in previous versions.

This is in cloud where only the GL wise summary available. In order ot view the customer wise break up need to refer another layout and another report.
This is app 7.5 standard report invoice wise break up and GL account can be viewed in the same report.

 

This is in app 10 GL account and invoice wise break up can be viewed in the same report

Please let me know whether there is any other option available in the cloud version in order to view the GL wise customer open items with the invoice details in the same report.
