Our company give the employee 112 hours of absence which is accrued on a daily basis throughout the year. We have an employee who starts on 12/9/24 and we’re double checking the calculation of the Available Limit (hours) and cannot validate the number. Is the method that is used to calculate this number known?
We’re using 112/365 to get .3068 hours per day and the multiplying by 23 to get 7.057 hours is showing a value of 6.925. There is a discrepancy. Does anyone know the underlying formula?
