I have raised a customer invoice however the pricing is incorrectThe invoice is at posted/authorised state, is it possible to create a correction invoice to adjust the selling price to the correct price?I have attempted it however after I select correction invoice nothing happens, does this go to another area of the system?

Voucher Date - Supplier Invoice

Hello, I have a question about supplier invoice.At the new supplier invoice window, we type a voucher date at the header level. This date is automatically replaced with today’s date when posting the invoice. Is there a setup that can allow us to retrieve the voucher date typed at the invoice header ? Best regards.

Adding Index to Manual Supplier Invoice

Hi, I’ve had a look and a stab but looking for some assistance...I have a new process going in, which requires searching on the ‘Receipt Reference’ field of the Manual Supplier Invoice when matching the invoice.The PO number is not, and can not be, brought though when created via EDI.Can anyone advise how in Apps10 you can Index a field so it will search faster. The process works perfectly, but with the delay to search it will kill it from an End-User perspective.Thanks as always, Matt

Creating a Process Flow to replace IMO Lines

I am attempting to write a Process Flow to replace lines on Internal Material Orders. Where is handling unit traceability in IFS10? If a handling unit is created from another handling unit, where is that from- to- handling unit information stored? I ask because I’m familiar with that kind of functionality in SAP.

Sync rule based on View/metadata

Hi allHave found a potential issue which I wonder if there is a work-around for.We have a couple of real-time sync rules which are based on SQL Views/Custom Metadata.Completing a change in FSM (say moving some stock) is visible in the View BUT does not sync to mobile devices. It only syncs if there is a full re-initialization.This is an issue!Ganners

SSRS Quick Reports in IFS Cloud

Hello, Regarding SSRS Quick Reports in IFS Cloud,When we run a SSRS report from the quick reports for the first time it asks to enter the SSRS username and password, but it would be all good for the rest of the session.But ones we log off and login it is still asks to enter the username and password. Is this the intended behavior or is there a setting which we can use to avoid this?

Business Reporter -Using parrameters

Please see images attached. I set OrderType = ‘ERS’ and it display the value as a default which is fine. However when I changed the value by typing other values in OrderType field on the report, like ‘INT’, it did not display any values like dropdownlist, where we can select available values. I am new and not sure what I did wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Payment Advice for Supplier Emails correctly but also Prints

We have our Supplier setup on the Payment tab for Payment Advice – At Create Order, set the AP Supplier Contact for an Email Comm Method and Output Media as Email.We setup the Event to trigger for PDF_REPORT_CREATED to trigger on UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REP. We set the Attach Files to PDF_FILE.Created a Manual Supplier Invoice, Created a Payment Proposal for the Supplier, Acknowledge, Create Payment Order, process. I receive the email with the attached PDF Remit Advice but for some reason, it also prints the PDF to the default printer set on the IFS Server that is running the Print Agent. AP was ok with the document printing as long as we could set it to print to their printer which is setup. We added the UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REP to the Printer Definitions/Report Printer to Default to the AP printer but it still just printed to the Print Agent default printer. We tried a number of defaults in the Printer Definitions but nothing affected that it always prints. We are on Apps 10 Upd

Hi all! I just discovered that the attachment button is missing since the upgrade to 23R2 in Self-Service Procurement Portal. The column is not hidden. Enabling SSO to FSM Smart Client

We are trying to enable SSO to the FSM Smart Client and we are having Java script error pop-up and Overlapping of taxt in the rendered Sign-On Page. Please note that SSO is now working in our Warehouse Portal and Web Client Version. As per our SSO support:1) Java Script related pop-up - Resolution: Ensure running of Java Scripts is enabled for whatever in App browser you're using for SmartClient2) Overlapping of text - Due to unsupported IE browserWe have tested in our virual Machine and in our Citrix environment with Edge or Chrome as the defaul browser and set the Java Script enabled to the browser and same error/behaviur still occur.Can you please let us know if the package for the FSM Smart Client defaults the browser to EI and confirm if the Java scripting is enabled?

FSM 6 Update 26 Repair Center Screen Issue

We are updating from FSM 6 v16 to v26 and are currently regression testing. So much of it looks good except for one area - opening Repair Center screen times out.It doesn’t matter if the unit selected was already available before the version update or if the RMA was created after, the result is the same. We can search without issue, but clicking on an item to open the screen times it out.Opening a related task on the task screen is fine using the default repair center screen instead of their modified screen gets the same result I turned server log way up to see if it records anything, but I found nothing conclusive as the culprit.Has anyone seen this or have other suggestions on where I should continue my hunt for a solution?Any and all ideas are appreciatedGeoffrey

Leadtime calculation vs leadtime for MRP proposals

One example :A calculated leadtime for a Purchase Part gives 92 days: Supplier Manufacturing Leadtime 42 days, External Transport Leadtime 10 days, Internal Transport Leadtime 40 Days Distribution Calendar 5 working days a week. Purchase Proposals is created by a leadtime on 108 days.Can someone explain the difference. From my perspective it seems that leadtime calculation is not using same calender as order proposal for Internal Transport Leadtime. (IFS version 10).This result in wrong information on Inventory Part as well as Inventory Part Availability Planning.Manual order also verifies leadtime as Order proposals. From application help Internal Transport leadtime shall be using internal Distribution Calendar. But it does not.Do anybody have faced this problem before and/or have a good explanation.

I want to search on a person ID or person ID and skill both and do a mass update like adding a skill to those particular technicians or mass delete those technicians.
