Hi All, Do IFS have a document which has the correct object migration sequence?In most cases, Data Migration specialists working on IFS data migration using Data Migration Manager do not know about IFS. So they do not know for example you have to migrate ‘Master Part’ first before migrating an Inventory Part,It would be useful ,If we have a simple document which has the correct order of performing migration for at least commonly used Migration Objects.

Hi All,I want to capture the Actual Start and Travel Times when changing the task status in the FSM mobile app (via the baseline functionality). So I can use the data inmidiatly after a status change.I now have to wait until the sync message has been sent to the client, which then updates the task status, and then the actual start or travel date is pushed to mobile. This takes some time.I tried to capture the datetime via a Value Change script on the Task Status field, but that won’t be triggerd.

From what I can tell, when a reason field on the activity_status object is updated we are not seeing a broadcast including that field. We are looking to repopulate that field after an initialization as well as track externally the various reasons why users are making changes to statuses. Are status updates typically included in broadcasts and more specifically the “reason” field? How else would we be able to ensure that value is persisted when running the initialization everyday?
Is it possible to populate the &CO_NUMBER input parameter on the quick report with the lobby input pageparam $CO_NUMBER$ and then navigate to it? Currently, I have the Navigation to the quick report as follows: ifsrep:qr.552894?pageParams=&CO_NUMBER:$CO_NUMBER$ which is prompting the user to input the CO_NUMBER. I am wondering if it is possible for the CO_NUMBER Quick report input to auto populate with the lobby page parameter for $CO_NUMBER$.If this is possible, what is the correct syntax to do so? Hi, We have a requirement where an PO acknowledger should be restricted from making changes in PO(change in amount). Only authorizers should be eligible to make a change in the PO. Can this be handled using a permission set or is there a basic set up that can handle this.
Is it not possible to change the block reason of a customer order that is currently blocked? In this instance, the order was blocked for being over credit limit with an advance invoice created shortly thereafter. I would like to change the block reason to reflect that an advance invoice exists, but there is no capablitiy to do so without releasing and reblocking. I do not want to unblock the order as this will trigger purchasing events to take place.IFS Cloud

I am currently in my initial analysis of the tabular models, and I have found some measures that are broken due to missing column. error in IFS_PROCUREMENT in tabular editor FACT_PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE.INV_QTY_PEGGED is present in the information source, however FACT_PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE.INV_QTY_ON_ORDER is not in the information source. When editing abroad expense sheet and entering the real times of travel, the upper header times do not reflect automatically in the destination times and if there is a mismatch, the edited times are not possible to save. When trying to edit the destination times first, again there is a mismatch with the header and thus it is not possible to save.

We have access to Aurena version 10, but we have been using the IFS executable software for 1 year. My question is: After installing the Android application 'Scan it for applications 10', the access was configured in 'Account Manager' and accessed with the 'IFS Credentials and password'. NOTE: We use the master user I managed to generate the license on the Scandit.com website as a test and I pasted the license on the IFS as per the tutorial of another topic. After these steps I open the Scan it app and the following question/message appears: 'No processes enabled for current user and website. Change website? Hi,I have created an inbound projection action in IFS Developer Studio -And, I have implemented it too - When I trigger this endpoint from Postman, I am required to pass the JSON payload like this -The problem here is I am enforced to make the attribute exactly as “MyParameter”. There is no way to write code in my action to manually map my action parameter to the JSON attributes.I want the attributes to be in “camel” case, like - “myParameter”. But when I pass the attribute like that, I get the mapping error - This I understand, IFS framework wants the parameter to be passed like that. But there has to be a way to define your own mapping.I thought of taking the whole JSON payload as a CLOB, but failed again.I feel the Inbound projection has a very rigid framework, not allowing me to take any kind of input and parse it my own way. Hi,We are upgrading to IFS Cloud 23R2 and have an issue with Business Reporter reports that were written in IFS Apps 10.We have tested in the BR client versions 23.2.0, 23.2.1 and 23.2.2 – the issue is present in all of them.Our report developers have used multiple sheets and use many formulas referring to data on other sheets like this example:In the Design view you can see the reference to a sheet within the workbook. When the report is run you can see the sheet names have been stripped out so excel is now referring to cells on the current sheet: We need this resolving ASAP as our go live approaches.We have raised a ticket but nothing has been done yet.
