The Invoice not visible in the IFS Cloud

Hi Team, After the importing invoice in to IFS, we got message that “Message 57464 has been posted to queue IN1”. which means that invoice available in the IFS. Most the of the we got the message that above mentioned but the invoice not visible in the IFS what causing the problem here Please note that we are importing invoices via Open API which available in the IFS.

Filter after resource groups in PSO

Hello,We have created several resource groups in IFS Cloud and the customer would like to filter in PSO after the resource group. The resource group is shown as skill, so I assumed that I can filter after the skill, but this is currently not possible in the customer environment. IFS cloud sanity build fail with a strange error

We added a simple data field to a entity , projection and client and triggered the sanity build and it failed with below error. Code was built in Developer studio (24.1) and deployed to Buildplace with no complains.This issue started appearing from 14 May 2024 . We suspect IFS might have applied some updates to the buildplace without notifying customers. Same issue has been experienced in another customer buildplace. If you have come across same please add comment to this.ERROR : Syntax error in ActivityListHandling-Cust.projection referenced by /opt/ifs/build-home/model/proj/ActivityListHandling-Cust.client' I’ve reported this back to IFS but it sits in the queue with no support. Your support would be really apricated.

Intersite transactions with end user information

Hello all,We’ve built intersite automated transaction, where we make customer orders using the supply code “Internal Purchase Direct”. This automatically creates the PO and the intersite Customer Order.Client order → Customer Order #1 → Purchare Order intersite (automated) → Customer Order #2 intersite (automated) → Pick from inventory and direct shipment to ClientThe issue we have is the intersite CO will show the delivery address of our own company (the company sending the intersite PO).Is there a way to program the intersite transaction in order for the end-user delivery address (entered at the Customer Order #1) to show in the Customer Order #2 page? At the moment, we have the address appearing in the delivery note and the packing list, but the customer service clerk processing the intersite customer order #2 would like to see the address before printing any documents.Thank you!

Bad Metadata Error

We are receiving this error message from our environments. We have done a Dictionary Cache Refresh but a deployment has not been done for 4 days. Error stack:Bad metadata error:The group: CustomerOrderDeliveryGroup does not exist in dictionary! We do our own deployments and develop in the Cust Layer just as FYI. Did Refreshing the Dictionary Cache do something from our last deployment that caused this issue or how do these groups relate to the Dictionary Thanks

NotifyMe attachments for No-part requisition lines

I am implementing Aurena NotifyMe 10 for a customer and noticed that No-part requisition line attachments are not transferred to the notify me app. I am using the same Doc class as for Part requisition lines where those attachments are getting transferred with no issue. Is this a current limitation?Can someone please help me with that ?

While shipping a manufactured product, I want to send the sub-parts of the product in a separate shipping order, how can I do this?The product is shipped to the customer in disassembled form. In other words, it is sold as a single material. But when shipped, the parts of the material are shipped separately. Can you help with this?

In order to email separate payment advices to suppliers, does the Payment Advice as a Single Print Job field need to be unchecked in the Payment Format? We would still like to be able to print payment advices on a single print job but also email the separate advices to suppliers. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Can you use NCR’s on “started” shop orders? If so, is if common?

Today we use custom tables to track defects, but it seems the NCR module provides everything we are trying to achieve with our custom tables plus more (tracking, reporting, etc.). I’ve been told that NCR’s cannot be connected to an “started” shop order. How and what are users using to track defects on “started” shop orders if the NCR module is not intended for this? If you can use NCR for this, is it common amongst users?

customer RMA in register arrivals : inventory part does not exist error

HiWe are upgrading from 22R2 to 23R2 and are currently testing the changes as they affect us.In 22R2 we do our customer returns successfully from the RMA screens but in 23R2 this has moved to the ‘register arrivals’ screen. Typically for us an RMA will be for 1 item among the many delivered, not the whole order, and the item being returned will be on a project activity.If we use ‘receive with serial/lots’, then it works ok. However, if we use ‘receive parts against order deliveries’ (which is preferable for these partial returns) we get an ‘inventory part does not exist’ error. FX expressions for SLA and Ticket Assignment

Hello, I am currently having trouble with the SLA on one of the ticket types. The process flow for this type of ticket is as follows: User raises a ticket Ticket goes to line manager for approval if approved, then a task is created and resolved After task is resolved, the ticket is assigned to the Site Head for approval if approved, then it finally goes to the CEO office for approval. The only place where the ticket stops SLA is when the ticket is with the line manager for approval and during the other steps (after step 2 is approved) the SLA clock is running.My Questions: Q1. Is there any expression that can be used or any other way to have the SLA clock of the main ticket stop during the approval processes ? Q2. Is there any expression that can be used or any other way to have the Site Head Approval (Step 4) assigned to the Site head based on the office location selected on the main ticket. Any help in this matter is appreciated.
