All,

I am receiving an installation failure while installing TAS.  It looks like this may be a certificate issue, however, the certificates all valid.  Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this error?

Best regards,

Mark

@brantmb there should be an install.log file created, does it tell you more on the specific error?

Can you recreate the behaviour? Does the App Server Ping and Test Connection succeed?

Also when you talked about certificates, do you terminate HTTPS on IIS and have you double checked the correct certificates are installed?

Best regards,

Rukmal

Hello Rukmal,

Upon more investigation,  we receive the message “No Certificate registered for System ID”.   Which is probably why the installation is failing.   Looking at IIS, the most current certificate is attached to TAS Server.   This is the same certificate used other IFS servers.  A reconfiguration was run but had no affect.  Any help is appreciated.   Thanks

@brantmb since you can navigate to the TAS login page, your HTTPS configuration is fine. The same issue was reported on IFS Community and Darshana made a suggestion which I believe should help. Can you see if that resolves the issue?

Also, you’re installing the Apps10 UPDATE 15 version of the TAS, which is over 2 years old. Is your entire system still on Apps10 UPDATE 15?

Best regards,

Rukmal

Hello Rukmal,

The certificate used by TAS is in the certificate store. The TAS installation stills errors out.   We are on Apps 10 UPD 15.   I saw this previous post.  I might give this a shot.  Our TAS schema  is copied from another environment.

@brantmb yes, that sounds like the same situation as you, so hopefully that helps you resolve it!
