These errors can be random but when occurred once can occur repeatedly.The error is 'Cannot serialize object in variable 'var' : SPIN/DOM-XML-01030 Cannot create context'. It is visible in troubleshoot mode as below.ENVIRONMENT: IFS CloudAUDIENCE: ALLRESOLUTION/ANSWER:When this error is encountered at the point of using an array in a script task, following workaround can be used.Instead of an array use the java ArrayLIst implementation in the script task. Hello! Do we have timeouts in Wadaco? I have two cases I’m struggling for now.Inside a process, after clicking the “List” button, I’m waiting more than 10 mins for fetching the data and finally, when LOV opens, I receive empty table, not being able to choose anything from. Awaiting time isn’t the main thing I’m worried about for now, I’ll check this later (probably database issues). Now I’m curious if Wadaco has a timeout mechanism for LOV and behaves like that. Similarly, I have a simple process FIND_INVENTORY which doesn’t want to open sometimes. I’m just waiting in a Data Collection Menu not being able to do anything else and after a while (couple of minutes) it resets and I can choose another process or switch the site etc...

Please note SEPA is working fine - we just need to add a header line.We can’t figure it out.There is no “File Template ID” associated with it. Client Mapping is only columns. I’m stumped. Im trying to create a navigation link to customer address info page but the data being shown is not updated, keeps showing the same customer address no mather what parameters i pass.It only happens on customer/addressinfo, i already tested navigating to customer/form and the data does change.Anyone knows why this could be? Several users who try to view a document that is attached to a functional object(Maintenance>Equipmen>tFunctional Object>Functional Object), the incorrect document is returned to the screen. If you check devtool output when clicking on view and download, I noticed that the wrong document details are being sent in the request GetFileStream. This issue is user specific and occurs only for few users. 1 - All users have permission set granted which should give the required access. No permission errors are shown in the process.2- If they click download, it returns the correct document3 - If they go to the document revision record, the correct document is displayed.4 - This occurs over multiple object IDs in functional object window Any idea to resolve/investigate this issue?

We often find that when customizing Astea Mobile, certain out-of-the-box fields are implemented with control sections (Unsure of the terminology but they are essentially reserved areas):Control SectionThis allows us to delete fields within this section, however it doesn’t allow us to add fields to these areas, or remove the area itself. Meaning that if we don’t utilize the fields in those regions, it will leave large areas of unusable space on the view.I’m wondering 2 things:Is it possible to add fields into these regions via mobile customizer? There is a really useful menu item on the mobile in the screen designer - to do a refresh of the scripts from the server to the mobile client.Is there anyway to access this in any other way (without the users being studio license holders). At the moment we have to re-initialize their devices which is rather more intrusive than we’d like. Is there any other way of doing this?
After I create a Document with Multiple sheets, and I want to connect all the sheets to an Object, I have to manually connect all sheets to the Object. I can utilize the Document Revisions screen and select all the sheets for the Document Revision and the Connect to an Object. If Document Sheet 1 is already connected, and I create new sheets after the connection, I can connect automatically using the New Sheet Wizard. Is there a way I can connect Document Sheet 1 to an Object using the Connect Object button on the Document Revision screen and all the other sheets are automatically connected to the Object? Our process is to load all the sheets first and then connect to the Object. Thanks,Gregg
For some reason someone has entered Tax ID Types with no definitions for some European companies.This causes a minor but annoying error in that Tax ID Type is mandatory when entering Tax ID No against customers and suppliers from these countries.The list is global so it has effect on all companies in the database. Very annoying as small issues can be.Is there any way to change the set-up so that Tax ID Type is no longer necessary for these European countries?
In a remote deployment for an IFS CLoud 21R2 installation, what are your best practices to monitor a production environment?In the application itself we can use the application monitoring console.The oracle database can be monitored by oracle tools.What about the middletier? Is there any notification tool that would notify you if anything is not working correctly? A pod that stops working etc.

Hey all,An employee would like to search for the phone number of a customer in Account Contacts to find him/her faster, however, currently there is no formatting standard employed for phone numbers. By this, I mean that a phone number can look like any of the following examples:+46 123 4567012-345 67012-345670 1234567 etc…This means that if I wanna find all instances of this phone number, I would only get the phone numbers that are uninterrupted (which might not even exist). About a year ago I started working on setting up a new interface for a customer. The interface was with a pretty well-known company with a reputation for data integrity in its API. As we got started, we learned that this integration was going to require OAuth 2.0 for Authentication as well as the use of SSL with security certificates. On our test environment we are exploring Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) V1 as the legacy GCM/FCM method was deprecated 20/6/2023 and will no longer work 20/6/2024. Our Android devices do not seem to be registering in the Azure Notification Hub when FCM V1 is the only option (successfully linked and tested to Firebase).The “FSM Mobile Messaging Guide” we have was last updated 5/3/2021 and does not cover FCM V1, so am wondering if there’s a step we’re missing to have FCM V1 work, like a toggle in a config file, etc?

Sometimes we face the situation that the delivered and consumed material is invoiced (matched) and paid, but after some time (even 6 months) we receive correction invoices. How to deal with such situation to correctly update the delivery quantities, cost and warehouse weighted average/unit cost??I suggest using Return option, but it does not affect Invoice anyhow. We cannot match the Correction Invoice with any transactions for this return, because there is none. Doing it manually is wrong.Any ideas will be precious. Thank you
