When in Aurena, is there a way to not lose the NOTES saved on a closed opportunity once you reopen it? Another related issue is losing the actual Closed Date field. Re-opening a closed won opportunity removes the Closed Date also, which makes sense as it gets updated with the date the opportunity gets closed again, but is there any way to not lose the initial closure date?
Hi Experts, One of our customers has a requirement to track the time users spend on some screens in web client. They need this to monitor as a KPI. There are 4 screens they consider as,Lobby menuSchedule boardPerson list and Devices (Person table).They need to track the time users actively use these screens weekly basis. They need to track the transitions from screen to screen to track the exact time they spend on the screen. Is there any way we could achieve this requirement in web client. Hello,I am wondering if anyone has streamlined the manual entry of supplier invoices (non-PO) using an import function to reduce the time spent entering multiple supplier invoices individually? For reference on what it is I am trying to do, we use an external software for employee expenses, some are reimbursable so would be paid out to them, that are “coded” to an account, department, and (optional) type. Once we have determined where the expense(s) need to be coded, they are then manually entered into IFS individually. I am wondering if it is possible to dump a spreadsheet with the supplier ID, coding, and amount to speed up the process?*Do note there are oftentimes multiple lines per one invoice and also there are subscriptions that would need to be period allocated.Thank you for any and all advice and help!

When using the 23R2 Dispatch Console for manual resource assignment for a customer who does not use PSO and has 4000 resources, is it advisable to use multiple datasets? What advantage would the use of multiple datasets bring without PSO? Is there is a concern that so many resources under one dataset would cause performance issues in the Dispatch Console even without using PSO? Couldn’t filters on Resource Group and Region sufficiently limit the number or resources hitting the Dispatch Console even with all 4000 resources in one dataset?
When a Purchasing Agent is attempting to confirm with differences (without a PO Change Order), they are experiencing the below error message when attempting to confirm a Promised Date change. I have recreated this error message in a non Production environment. The PO is in Released status and has been authorized by the appropriate Authroizer. I certainly would understand if “Confirm with differences” impacted the value of the PO that this error message would appear, but don’t understand why a change in date will cause this to occur. I have done some searching on the Site and Company settings and don’t see settings that would allow Confirming differences at a granular level. We are currently utilizing Cloud 22R2If there is a setting that I’m missing, any guidance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would like to manipulate the Lot/Batch Number for By-Products as it’s received on the Shop Order. Currently, the Lot/Batch number for By-Product will automatically generate the same Lot/Batch group for the overall order. I would like the By-Product Lot/Batch Number to be in the same family of the component part the by-product was created from. Example of current scenario:Shop Order 123 lot batch number= 123-*-*-1 andBy-Product from that Shop order auto generates lot batch = 123-*-*-2 Goal:Single component used in the Shop Order 123 is from PO 321 therefore, component lot/batch no = 321-*-*-1I would like the By-Product Lot batch to be 321-*-*-2 (same beginning as the component lot batch) when it is received on Shop Order 123. I know the ability to manually enter the information is possible but increases the chances of user error greatly. Can by-product be auto generated to match the sequence of the component lot batch?

I have setup a Direct Delivery Freight Price List as per below but cannot get it to pull through on the Sales Quotation or Customer Order what am I missing?
As part of the cloud migration, we created an app-service and deployed the API that would connect to the IFS database. Even though the AA’s Azure IPs are whitelisted in the IFS side, still we are having issues connecting to the database. The attached screenshot shows that we are able to establish connection to the IFS servers from the Azure App-Service. However, when we try to invoke an API that connects the IFS DB, the API fails to connect to the DB. Attached is the stack trace of the error that we receive from the IFS dll. Could you please point us to someone from IFS who can help with this and make us understand what could be causing the issue.
Hi, When reporting external cost manually on a Work Task with a Object, the external cost reported is visible for the Object ID in Equipment Object Navigator.But, if reporting external cost manually on a work task without a object , the objects are on Work Tasks steps, the external cost reported is not visible on any of the objects connected to the steps. How can i report a external cost on a Work Task with steps and get the external cost to be distributed on the differet objects connected the steps? Or can i in some way decide witch object that the cost relates to?Thanks in advance!

Hi all,I have a question regarding the possibilities of BPA. We have a customer that would like to see an informative message if some conditions are met. This means we are going to compare two values and if they are different from each other we want to inform the user of this. In BPA we have the Validate type which can be used to perform a validation. Except when using the “Terminate End Event” in the workflow the workflow will block the user from saving the record as this is an error message. Is there another way to do this validation, but not to show an error message but an informative message? Because we still want to save the change. Since the check is on a custom attribute, I found out that a custom event on the custom field table with online SQL is not working. The Client_Sys.Add_Info is not working in that case. That is the reason we are looking at BPA as a solution. Kind regards,Michael
