No data for the sub report when running the crystal report from the IFS Enterprise Explorer

Hi,

I’ve created a crystal report, which contains a sub report. When running from the IFS Enterprise Explorer, the sub report doesn’t display any value. It’s empty. But when running the same report from Crystal developer by using the generated result key, it display data in the sub report. This issue raised from IEE only in 1 company and it correctly display sub report values for other 3 companies at the same organization. Checked the security. I’ve granted Select permission to ifsapp_all, ifsprint, ifssys, ifsinfo, fnd_webconfig, fnd_printserver on all the views which used to create the report. 

Could you please help me to solve this issue?
