Touch Apps System ID Authentication Failure

We are running Touch Apps on-premise on Applications 10 Update 10.

 

But I can only log on as local admin and not on system id.

Only getting this:

 

I have full access with IFS_ALL on my user and have the touch apps admin functional role included.

@MattiasLindahl did you checked all the application URLs are configured in the TAS with the SystemIDs?

Yes I have checked. But maybe I´m missing some config?

Can you tell where to look in all places?

 

We have upgraded IFS Apps from Upd7 to Upd10 and I know there is another bug with apps.

Hi ,

Please double check following :

Login to the TAS via system admin

  1. Check the application server URL is correct in your issue existing system Id in the 'Application URL column'(If it is incorrect  pleas change it to the correct one).
  2. if it is correct, please login to your TAS installed VM and check whether you can access the application server URL and login to the IEE or aurena via a browser inside the TAS installed VM.

We have our TAS server installed on the same server as MWS. And yes, these configs are correct and we can logon to both IEE and Aurena from the server.
