Task Notes showing html code kind of thing like   when note is added from mobile and web

There is an issue that  Task Notes showing html code kind of thing like   when note is added from mobile and web client. Further analysis revealed HTML conversion is not handled in the mobile after encoded from the web client. This is the reason why it shows the html tags in the mobile task notes. Same issue in web client. Has this bug been handled in FSM 6 UPD8/9?

Also, as a workaround is there a way users can turn off HTML on the mobile and web client so they can only put in text?

Hi @DHPALK,

You should be able to see the field used for the notes in UI Designer is something like task.notesrtf or rtfnotes. If you change this to the relevant field without rtf then and the type of field in the designer to Text from Rich Text then it should then just save as regular text.
